This is a beautiful jewelry box made from walnut and maple. The maple was given an india ink treatment. Everything was finished with Rubio Monocoat. The drawers are flocked with suede and of course the hinges are from Brusso. The figure on the lid really stands out and makes this piece shine.
I decided to build something for my son, just because. As I was building this he passed a big test to obtain a license that will further his career. I am so proud of him! I did my best to completely copy an incredible builder, #pedullastudio , in making this box. The only real difference is that I lined the drawers with leather. This is a commissioned piece designed to be a bench/shoe rack just inside the garage door. This is made from Walnut and live-edge slabs of Acacia. Finished with Rubio Monocoat and a beautiful brass and Walnut handle.
MCM Coffee table made from mesquite and utilizing Foureyes Furniture’s design. This was made for some friends that moved out of state and needed a reminder of their time in the desert (mesquite wood that I cut down and milled myself).
